Shipping Policy - STANDARD DELIVERY

Estimated Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days. For items that are made to order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing and shipment. Custom items may take between 15 to 35 business days to ship, depending on the complexity and specifications of the order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day. Delivery of all packages occurs from Monday through Friday.

Stock and Bulk Items

In-stock items will typically ship out within 24 to 48 hours, unless otherwise noted. Large quantity purchases may require an additional 1 to 3 business days for processing. Please note that some items may be bulk packed to optimize shipping efficiency.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Speed Post, which includes a tracking number for your convenience. If no specific shipping method is requested, Speed Post will be used by default.

Responsibility and Damage

We are not responsible for any delays caused by Speed Post due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please do not accept it without proper documentation of the damage. The company is not liable for merchandise that is damaged during shipping.

Shipping Rates and Charges

Shipping charges are based on the published rates of Speed Post. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate is higher than the originally calculated rate due to dimensional weight of the package.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses, as well as any customs charges, taxes, fees, and duties applicable upon entering the destination location.

How It Works

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, regardless of whether the item has been used. We will even cover the shipping costs for the return. How's that for NO RISK?!

For returns of unused products made after 30 days, you will receive a store credit valid for up to 365 days from the date of purchase. Custom items can only be returned if they were received damaged or if they do not match the approved proof on file.

Easy Return Process

Here's the simple process for returning a product:

  • Call customer care at the provided phone number to speak with our Solutions Representatives.
  • We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.
  • Return the product using the provided instructions.
  • Once we receive the returned material, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 business days.
  • We will notify you via email once your refund or store credit has been processed.

Restrictions and Additional Information

Free return shipping is available via Speed Post service only within 30 days of purchase.

International return shipments and returns made after 30 days do not qualify for free return shipping and may incur a restocking fee. Management reserves the right to deny refunds in certain circumstances.

Freight items do not qualify for the free shipping offer on orders of $199.00 or more.

Cancellation Policy

When you choose to hire an advisor through our platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with the advisor. By accepting the advisor's offer, you agree to pay the specified fee for the services you requested. In return, the advisor commits to providing you with the agreed-upon services for that fee. This often involves the advisor dedicating significant time and effort to meet your needs, and in some instances, they may even decline other opportunities because they have been hired by you.

As a result, our policy stipulates that this agreement cannot be canceled without the mutual consent of both you and the advisor. This ensures that both parties are respected and that the commitment made is honored.

Please note that there is no limit on the number of advisors you may hire. However, for each advisor you engage, you are agreeing to compensate them for their services as per the agreed terms.

If you wish to discuss any concerns or issues regarding your advisor, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. We aim to facilitate a satisfactory resolution for both you and the advisor.

Refund-Policy Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the service you received during one of your sessions, and you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a "Refund Request" through our Billing Support. You can do this by clicking the link above or by contacting us directly at the provided email address.

Please note:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the end of the session.
  • In your refund request, you must include the following details:
    • The date of the session
    • The advisor's name
    • The session fee

Once we receive your refund request, we will review the provided information. Please be aware that we reserve the right to issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Additionally, we retain the right to refuse a refund under certain circumstances.

Terms & Conditions of SERVICE AND MEMBER AGREEMENT

Psychic Leaders Member Agreement

Welcome to Psychic Leaders, where we offer premium hand-crafted shopping experiences alongside live and online professional consulting services. This legal agreement ("Agreement") is between you and William John and Company, doing business as "portal". Hereinafter, "portal" refers to the same entity as William John and Company.

If you accept this Member Sign-up Form, you will become a "Member" with access to the Site's services (Expert, Seller, and Ad services) under the terms and conditions outlined below. By clicking the "Yes" button followed by the "Continue" button, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please review this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, click the "No" button. In such a case, you will not be able to register as a Member at portal.

1. Definition of Service

Portal provides a platform where Members can locate Experts, request advice, and purchase services. Portal facilitates negotiation, communication, and payment for services received from Experts.

The features and functionality of the Site are determined solely by portal and may change or be terminated without notice. Portal does not guarantee the willingness or ability of any Expert to provide advice or that the advice given will be satisfactory or suitable for your needs. Members are encouraged to verify the skills, qualifications, and background of any Expert they engage with.

2. Member Warranties

By submitting the Member registration form, you warrant and declare the following:


    1. Age and Authority

    The Member confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or represent a legally organized entity. The Member is authorized to act on behalf of the person or entity submitting the registration and has the authority to sign and bind the registration form on their behalf.

    2. Accuracy of Information

    The information provided in the registration form is accurate, true, and complete. The Member agrees to maintain and update this information during the term of this Agreement to ensure that it remains accurate, true, current, and complete.

    3. Liability and Conduct

    The Member will be solely and fully liable for all conduct, postings, and transmissions made under their username and password. While using the portal, the Member agrees to adhere to the following rules:

    4. Verification of Expert

    The Member has the sole responsibility to verify the Expert's identity, qualifications, biographical information, licenses held, and any other information provided by the Expert.

    5. Portal's Role

    The portal is not involved in any transactions between the Member and the Expert. It does not control the quality or relevance of the advice, the Expert's qualifications, or the accuracy of any postings or transmissions on the Site. Additionally, the portal does not verify the identity of any Experts.

    6. Confidentiality of Information

    The Member agrees that any information or content they post, transmit, or receive through the portal will not be considered confidential. The Member grants the portal an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, copy, transmit, publicly perform, create derivative works, or communicate such information on a global basis.

    7. Payment Misleading

    The Member will not mislead the Expert into believing that they will pay for a service or advice if they do not intend to follow through.

    8. Billing of Interactions

    All interactions between the Member and the Expert will be billed through the portal, whether the interaction occurs online or offline. The Member agrees to adhere to the pricing terms agreed upon with the Expert while using the portal.

    9. Integrity of Feedback System

    The Member will not engage in actions that may undermine, disrupt, or manipulate the integrity of the Expert's feedback (rating) system. Ratings for paid sessions of $20.00 or more will count towards the Expert's public ratings and rating average. The portal reserves the right to change the minimum session fee, remove old ratings, and exclude any ratings that may compromise the feedback system's integrity. Members can rate an Expert only once; future sessions will not allow additional ratings.

    10. Interference with Portal

    The Member will not interfere with or disrupt the portal servers or networks connected to the Site.

    11. Unauthorized Access

    The Member will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks connected to the Site. The Member will also refrain from transmitting "junk mail", "spam", or any unsolicited mass distribution of email or forum postings.

    12. Prohibited Transmissions

    The Member will not transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy-invading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material through the Service.

    13. Compliance with Agreement

    The Member will not disobey or breach this Agreement or any other applicable instructions issued by the portal and its officers.

    14. Legal Compliance

    The Member will not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, or ethical codes.

    15. Intellectual Property

    The Member will not upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any information or material that infringes upon a third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.

    16. Third Party Advertisements

    The Member will not upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any third-party advertisements, including banner exchange services.

    17. Malicious Software

    The Member will not upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious applications.

    18. File Transfers and Antivirus

    The portal facilitates the transfer of files between Members and Experts. It is the Member's responsibility to scan any file attachments received from Experts with antivirus software before opening them.

    19. Impersonation

    The Member will not impersonate any person or entity or make any false statements regarding their employment, agency, or affiliation with any person or entity.

    20. Privacy and Harassment

    The Member will not stalk, threaten, or harass Experts or other Members, nor infringe upon or attempt to infringe upon their privacy.

    21. Prohibited Information and Conduct

    Members will not upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available any information or material that may constitute or encourage conduct that is a criminal offense or civil wrong, or otherwise violates any applicable law.

    22. Content Review and Management

    Portal may review the Member's personal profile and correct any typing or spelling errors. However, portal will not verify the validity or accuracy of the details in the Member's personal profile or postings. Portal reserves the right to refuse to post, transmit, or remove any content uploaded by the Member, particularly content that violates this Agreement. Members bear all risks associated with uploading and transmitting material, including reliance on its accuracy, reliability, or legality.

    23. Payment Processing

    Portal will use reasonable efforts to process payments due from Members according to the terms agreed upon with Experts within seven (7) working days from the transaction date.

    24. Free Initial Interaction

    Members’ first interaction with an Expert is free until they are satisfied and decide to hire the Expert. Once hired, it is at the Member's discretion how long to continue the Expert's services.

    25. Automatic Hiring for Returning Members

    Returning Members will automatically hire the Expert after three minutes of free time. This policy is managed by portal, which reserves the right to adjust the time limit and will inform Members of any changes.

    26. Reporting Direct Billing

    Members are required to report to portal if they are billed directly by an Expert (i.e., not through portal). The report should include details of the service rendered and the price charged.

    27. Time Charges

    Time charges for Members are based on minute increments as measured on portal's servers, with any part of a minute rounded up to a full minute. Portal is not liable for issues, miscalculations, or malfunctions in payment processing. Complaints regarding billing should be sent to care@psychicleaders.com.

    28. Confidentiality and Security

    Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under their account. Members must notify portal immediately of any unauthorized use of their credentials or security breaches. It is recommended that Members change their password at least once a month.

    29. Registration Information

    Providing registration information to portal is optional. However, without it, Members cannot use portal's services. William John and Co. owns all collected information and will not sell, share, or rent it to others except as disclosed in this Agreement.

    30. Registration and Personalized Information

    To use portal, Members and Experts must complete a registration form. Contact information provided during registration may be used to communicate about portal services and as login information. Members may be asked to provide additional personalized information to enhance their experience. Providing such information is optional.

    31. Data Protection

    Information provided during registration will be stored in portal's database. While portal will use reasonable measures to protect the database's integrity, it is not fault-proof and portal is not liable for any damages due to unauthorized access.

    32. Communication Review

    Portal allows Members to search for Experts for advice or services. While portal does not screen or edit communications between Members and Experts, it may copy, transmit, or review communications for technical support or to uphold these Terms of Service. Communications are private unless both parties agree to additional distribution. Currently, chat communications are encrypted, but email and phone communications are not.

    33. Public Bulletin Boards

    Portal provides public bulletin boards where Members can post questions or service requests visible to all Experts. Members can post anonymously and set the visibility duration. Postings are public until a personal negotiation begins. Subsequent communications between Members and Experts are confidential and stored for a certain period for review.

    34. Cookies

    Portal uses cookies to store information such as login details, enhancing user experience. Members can choose to accept or reject cookies, with rejection requiring re-login on each visit. Cookies also help track and target Members' interests, but shared computers may expose communications to others.

    35. Use of Information

    Portal may use information from Members and their use patterns to improve services and analyze statistics. This information may be shared with third parties, including advertisers, without identifying Members personally.

    36. Email Advertisements

    Portal may send email advertisements, either its own or third-party commercial information. Members can opt out of non-portal related uses of their information at registration or from their account settings.

    37. Referrals

    Ratings and testimonials provided by Members are public and identified by the Member's Screen Name. If a Member refers a friend to portal, the friend will receive a one-time email invitation. This information is stored solely for sending the email, and the friend can request removal by contacting care@psychicleaders.com.

    38. Third-Party Partnerships

    Portal may partner with other parties to provide specific services. Names and contact information necessary for these services will be shared with the third party. They are restricted to using this information only for the specified purpose.

    39. Database Transfer and Disclosure

    Portal may assign, transfer, rent, sell, or lease its database to subsidiaries, during mergers or bankruptcies, or to third parties with a ratified privacy policy. Portal may also disclose personally identifiable information according to legal demands or to address emergencies or safety concerns.

    40. Co-Branded Websites

    Portal may create co-branded websites with partners, where Member listings might appear. Personally identifiable information will be stored by portal, though referral sources of visitors may be recorded to enhance affiliate relationships.

    41. Updates and Content

    If a Member wishes to update their personally identifiable information, such as a mailing address, or if they no longer desire the portal's service, the portal will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or opt-out of any services. This can usually be done from within the Member's portal account or by emailing Customer Support at care@psychicleaders.com.

    Content on the portal may include third-party information, including financial data, provided for informational purposes only. The portal does not warrant the validity, accuracy, or availability of this content or Expert advice and will not be liable for any damages due to reliance on such information. Members are encouraged to verify the information furnished by Experts. All information on the portal is general and should not be considered a solution for specific problems. Reliance on such information is at the Member's sole risk.

    The portal may contain links to third-party websites. The portal has no control over these sites or their content. The Member acknowledges that the portal is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party websites and will not be liable for any content, advertising, products, or privacy policies on these sites. Members should read the privacy statements of any websites that collect personally identifiable information.

    42. Advertisements

    The portal may include advertisements, either on its own behalf or for interested companies and individuals. Clicking on advertisements may redirect Members to the advertiser's website or result in messages, information, or offers from the advertiser. The portal is not liable for the privacy practices of advertisers or the content of their websites, messages, or offers. Members are solely responsible for communications with advertisers and any subsequent transactions.

    The portal reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, with or without notice. The portal is not liable for any modification or discontinuance of services or any resulting losses or damages. Services depend on various factors, and the portal cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. The portal may terminate a Member's participation and refuse future use at its discretion.

    43. Intellectual Property

    The portal owns all intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, databases, and patents. This includes any software, applications, graphics, text, and other materials used. The Member does not receive any rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property of the portal and may not create derivative software or commercialize their membership.

    The Member may not use trademarks or trade names similar to or likely to be confused with those of the portal. The portal retains ownership of all content displayed, including data transferred or received by Members.

    The portal respects intellectual property rights and may terminate accounts of users who infringe on these rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the portal's Copyright Agent with the following information: a signature of the authorized person, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.     44. Limited License

    The portal grants Members a nonexclusive, revocable right to use the Site provided they do not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or breach this Agreement. The portal is provided "as is" without any warranties. Members use the portal at their own risk, and the portal disclaims all warranties for information posted or transmitted by Experts.

    The portal will not be deemed the provider or recipient of any services acquired through it. The sale or purchase of services is at the Member's risk. The portal, its affiliates, and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the Member to Experts through the portal in the six months prior to the claim. Members agree to indemnify the portal against any claims related to payment for services or agreements made with Experts.

    45. Interactions with Mental Health Professionals and Other Experts

    Interactions with mental health professionals or other experts are strictly between the Member and the expert. The portal does not endorse or recommend any experts and is not involved in the substance of their advice. Members are responsible for verifying the certification and licensing of the experts. The portal does not predict or assess the competence of experts and is only responsible for providing access to their services. Members release the portal from any claims related to interactions with experts. In emergencies, Members should call emergency services immediately.

    46. Opinions and Liability

    Opinions of experts are their own and not those of the portal. The portal is not liable for the accuracy of the content on the Site, including biographical information, or for any damage or injury arising from the use of information or advice given by experts. Members shall indemnify the portal against any losses arising from claims related to breaches of this Agreement or non-payment for services provided by Experts.

    47. Miscellaneous

    Any notice or communication under this Agreement will be in writing and given by facsimile, registered mail, or email. The date of receipt is the date on which notice is given. Members cannot assign their rights or obligations without prior written consent from the portal. The portal may modify the Agreement at its discretion, and Members are encouraged to review it frequently. The Agreement is governed by Indian law, and any legal proceedings will occur in Indian courts. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the portal and Member, and no amendment will be effective unless made in writing.

    If any provision is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Members may report violations to care@psychicleasers.com. Last Updated: May 1, 2020.
