Experts can be added to your list in one of two ways:1. Hiring experts immediately and automatically adds them to your `My Experts` list.
2. Click on Heart icon to add expert to your list.

When you're ready to consult an expert for a paid session, you can either conduct a Live Chat session, or contact your expert via Email. Live sessions begin in free mode. Only after the user clicks the 'Hire' button does the paid session begin.
Take advantage of the time before clicking the 'Hire' button to get to know a little bit more about your expert and the services they offer - it's completely free. However if you are returning client you get three minutes free time. If your expert is offline and you'd like to conduct an Email session, you can send them an inquiry at no charge. Note that the cost for actual Email sessions is set individually by each expert, and is often subject to negotiation.

An expert can be removed from your `My Experts` list by selecting 'unmark' and clicking on Proceed button. present in 'My Expert' tab the `Remove from list` checkbox that`s next to the expert`s picture, and then clicking the `Save changes` button. You can remove more than one expert at a time. Experts you have removed can be hidden from view by choosing `Hide removed experts`. To show them again after they have been removed, all you need to do is click the `Show removed experts` link. Similarly, you can choose to view only your favorite experts, or display all the experts that you have hired.Disconnection

Occasionally, a session might end suddenly and without you having clicked the �Quit Session� button. This occurs either because the expert chose to end the session without notice, or, the session was cut short because of a technical fault. If you had hired an expert, and the session was cut-off, a transcript of the session will be in your Billing folder. If you have any further questions regarding a session that was cut off, please contact us, giving the date of the session, the expert�s screen name, and the session fee (if any).Ensuring your Privacy

Such actions compromise your privacy and are beyond our control and responsibility. After browsing through self written profiles and reading review given from past-client ratings and feedback to ensure that the individual you’ve chosen for the job is the best professional to meet your needs. Then, once you’re ready to make contact, simply press the `Proceed` button and you’ll be linked to your expert immediately. Starting communication will at no cost to get a sense of the person you’ve chosen and to discern whether they’re right for the job. When you feel confident that they’ll be able to provide you with the quality service that you need, click the `Hire` button to begin your paid session via Live Chat or Phone. Sometimes an expert that you’d like to consult with is not online. When this is the case, you’ll be prompted to email a request for their services. If you’re not quite sure about the kind of expert you need, post your request to our Forum and let the appropriate experts come to you with their proposals and fees. Speaking of fees, it’s important to note that on Destle there are no hidden costs. You’ll always pay your expert’s by-the-minute rate, multiplied by the exact amount of time you’ve interacted after clicking the `hire` button. For email sessions where the amount is pre-determined before your expert provides their services, your will be charged only when the session has been completed, and only after you’ve reviewed and accepted your expert’s invoice. However that amount is kept as a security with destle. It’s as simple as that. After your session is complete, be sure to take the time to rate the quality and service of your expert. Then, once you're ready to make contact, simply press the 'Chat' button while selecting live chat option and you'll be linked to your expert immediately.
You'll have a few minutes, at no cost, to get a sense of the person you've chosen and to discern whether they're right for the job. You can easily manage the emails and notifications that you receive from us by setting your email communication preferences to suit your needs. Below are the five types of emails that you may receive from us as a destle client: 1. Mandatory updates regarding your destle account In order to ensure that your account functions properly at all times, we may need to occasionally contact you with important announcements, updates, or when an action is required on your part. 2. Notifications of new messages from destle experts In order to be informed as soon as you receive a message from one of our experts, we give you the option to receive notifications of every new message an experts sends to you. 3. Notifications of responses to questions you posted on the Public Board In order to be informed as soon as you receive responses to the questions you posted on the Public Board, we give you the option to receive notifications of every expert response to your question. Please keep in mind that when posting a question on the Public Board, in certain categories, you can expect to receive a large number of responses from our experts. 4. destle`s Newsletters To bring you news, tips, updates and showcases of our selected experts with specialties in various fields, we send out monthly newsletters. 5. Coupons, discounts and special offers We occasionally send coupons, discounts and special offers that we truly believe you would be interested in. You may choose which of the above types of emails you wish to receive from destle. "Mandatory updates regarding your account" is the only type of email that cannot be disabled. Paying a destle Expert
In order to pay an expert for his/her services, you will need to confirm the expert`s invoice. To do so, please follow the below instructions: 1. sign in to your destle account. 2. Click on the blue "Mailbox" tab in the upper right-hand corner of the page. 3. In your destle mailbox, open the session that is currently in "Expert`s Reply and Invoice" status by clicking `continue`. 4. Inside the message, click on the "View Invoice" button to open the invoice 5. Finally, click on "Confirm Payment and Close Session" button.
Paying for Expert Service

Paying for services at destle is simple. With email sessions, you will be prompted to submit your billing information after you decide to hire the expert. After the expert provides the requested service, an electronic invoice is issued. Once you confirm the invoice you will be charged for the service. If you do not respond to the invoice within seven (7) days, it will be confirmed automatically and you will be charged for the expert�s service. With Live Chat sessions, you will be prompted to submit your billing information when you choose to start a Live chat session with a certain expert. Live Chat begins in free mode and you are only charged for the time between clicking �Hire Expert� and �Quit Session�. The total fee depends on the length of the session in "Hired" mode and the expert�s rate per minute. If you click on the "Hire Expert" button, you will be charged for the session as soon as it ends.Paying for the Live Session

You only pay for the minutes of Live Chat between the time you clicked "Hire Expert" and the time either you or the expert clicked the "Quit Session" button. The length of the paid session is indicated by a timer that is located at the bottom of the communication center (the chat window). Parts of a minute are rounded up to a full minute. Once you click "Quit Session" and depending on your initial selection, the session fee will either be charged to your credit card or deducted from your destle account.Payment Option

destle offers the following payment options: Credit Card: All major credit cards are accepted and can be safely submitted via our secure server. destle Account The destle account enables you to pay for destle services without using your credit card. Use it to keep track of your destle budget and plan for future sessions. Transfer funds into your destle account by the following methods: PayPal: Send funds to your destle account via email! Simply submit the amount you want to send and whether you want to pay by credit card or from your checking account. ACTeCASH: Our partnership with ACTeCASH, an online payment service, enables you to transfer funds quickly and safely to your destle account by Western Union, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft or pay cash with ACTeCASH�s new Print & Pay technology. Check: Send us a check directly and we will deposit the funds into your account. This process may take approximately eight (8) weeks for the funds to appear in your destle account. To learn more about our payment options, please sign in to your destle account. Click on the blue �Billing� tab and then the �Add Funds to Your destle Account� link.Posting Your Question

To post your question on the Public Board now, click here. Enter your question and click �Continue�. Give your request a title and select the price that you are willing to pay for the answer or service. If you are uncertain of the price that you want to pay, select �I Want the Expert to Suggest a Price�. Choose how long you want the question to appear on the public board. Select the category under which your question will be posted from the drop down menu. Now click �Submit� If you are not registered as a member at destle, please complete the brief registration form. It�s completely FREE to register and there are no obligations or commitments. Please read and accept our legal agreement and click the �Finish� button. If you are already registered as a member, please click the �sign in here� link at the top of the page. After you login, please select a sub-category in which you wish your question to be posted. Make sure that you make an appropriate selection, because only the experts in this sub-category will be able to respond to your question. Finally, click on �Submit�. Your question will now be posted on the Public Board and anyone can view it. However, only destle experts who are registered in the sub-category in which you posted your question or request, will be able to respond to it.Preferences

We recommend that you rate and leave comments for the expert that you consulted. Ratings and comments for paid sessions of $1.00 or more will appear in the expert�s virtual office on the destle website and can be seen by all.Rating your Expert

If you hire an expert in order to receive services by email, you will be given the option to leave a rating after you confirm the session invoice. Likewise, if you hire an expert during LIVE chat, you will be given the option to leave a rating as soon as the session ends. If you had a LIVE chat or email session with an expert and did not leave a rating after the session ended, you can rate the expert for up to 30 days following the sessions by going to your �History� folder. Simply sign in to your destle account and click on the blue �History� tab at the top of the screen. Any session that was not rated within 30 days will become `Not Rated`. Select the month you want to view from the drop down menu and a list of all your closed sessions from that period will appear. Locate the session that you want to rate, click the "Rate Expert" link and select a rating and enter any comments. Finally, click on "Submit Rating". All ratings appear in your destle account`s `History` folder. To learn about the visibility of your ratings, click here.Receiving Replies from Experts

destle experts who are registered in the sub-category where your request is posted, will be able to send you a message. This message will appear both in your destle �Mailbox� and on the Public Board, right under your question. Typically, you can expect to receive an expert�s reply within 24 hours.Removing your Question

If you did not change the default settings when posting your question, it will remain on the Public Board for seven (7) days. To withdraw your question/s from the Public Board, please sign in to your destle account. Click on the blue `Mailbox� tab at the top of the page. Under `Questions I have asked`, click on �To View Questions You Have Posted on the Public Board�. Now check the "Close Session" checkbox next to each question you wish to remove. Finally, click the �Remove Checked Items� button.Requesting a Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received in one of your sessions and would like to receive a refund, please follow the steps below. To request a refund, we ask that you do the following: 1. Sign in to your destle account. 2. Leave the Expert a one-star rating for the session as well as detailed feedback describing why the expert�s service was unsatisfactory. 3. Send an email from the `contact us` page and choose `Refund Request` from the drop-down menu. The refund request must be submitted within seventy-two hours (72) hours of the end of the session. In your refund request, we ask that you clearly state why you are not satisfied with the service received. You must include the session`s date, Expert`s name and session fee. Once we have received this information, we will review your request. Please note, we reserve the right to refund you in full or partially for your session. To view and respond to messages from experts that you have contacted, please sign in to your destle account and click on the blue `Mailbox` tab at the top of the page. Here, under �Questions I Have Asked� you will find one or more rectangular boxes each containing an expert�s response to your question. Select the one you want to read and click on the "continue` link. Read the expert�s message. Below it, under `What`s Next?` you are given several response options. All your outgoing and incoming messages can be found in your �mailbox�. To access your messages, please sign in to your destle account and click on the blue `Mailbox` tab in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Under `Questions I Have Asked` select the message that you want to view. The status of the session is indicated in the top left hand corner. Click the �Continue� link in the desired message in order to read the correspondence between you and the expert, and to see what to do next.Retrieving your Password

To retrieve your password, please go to the sign in page, and click on the �Forgot Your Password?� link. Enter the email address that you submitted when joining destle. Now click on �Send Password Reminder�. The reminder will be sent to your personal email account.Sending an Email Inquiry
To send an email inquiry to one of our experts, please visit our homepage and click on the sub-category of your choice. You may want to browse through the listings, view some of the expert profiles and compare their ratings. Alternatively, use the �Search for an Expert in� search box. Click the �Send a Request� button next to the expert of your choice. Please enter a subject, your inquiry, and the fee you are willing to pay for the service. Next, click the �Continue� button. If you are already registered as a member at destle, please sign in. Otherwise, we ask you to register - it�s free to be a member and there are no commitments. Please read and accept our legal agreement and click the �Finish� button. You can expect to receive a reply from the expert within 24 hours. The expert�s reply can be found in your `Mailbox. In addition, each time an expert sends you a message we will send you a reminder to the email address you submitted upon registration.
