At first, I thought my world was coming to an end. I didn’t want to be married anymore, I suffered from depression, felt alone, and as if I didn’t belong anywhere. My soul was definitely taking me down a journey I wasn’t comfortable with, especially since I always needed to be in control. I knew I had to do something different and find peace again. My best friend suggested that I try meditating.
That itself is a journey of its own, especially when your mind does not still easily. I started listening to meditation music at first and then gradually, after countless days and hours, I worked my way into doing silent meditation. I opened up and allowed the Universe to send me messages.
Only then, did I find myself growing, healing from past trauma, loving myself, and becoming a bright light of a spiritual being. As I connected more and more to the higher power, my psychic abilities became stronger. I always knew I was an empath but now I was having visions, able to talk with my loved ones that have passed, and had out of body experiences. At that point, I decided to surrender to the universe.
I allowed it - welcomed it - to take control, rather than trying to control everything myself. I ended up selling my house, moving to Rhode Island, (without knowing a single soul) and made a brand new life for myself. It is the best thing I have ever done, this is my home and this is where I belong.
I was out shopping one day and walked into a spiritual store. I found myself thinking, I’ll just go in for some books and candles. I walked away with Tarot Cards instead. I thought to myself, "What? I have no clue how to read Tarot Cards!" Well, obviously the universe knew differently.
Now here I am using my special gift to help and guide others through Tarot Card readings. As an empath, I am able to take on your energy and use the cards as a tool for all your answers!
